Playbook Media is hiring a performance-driven Client Partner. 

We’re looking for recent graduates of advanced business or marketing programs (MBA, Master’s in Marketing, or similar) who are ready to turn academic expertise into real-world results. In this role, you’ll own strategic client accounts, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive measurable marketing performance across leading advertising platforms. Founded by experienced Silicon Valley marketing professionals, Playbook Media is a performance marketing agency built to accelerate our clients growth. We operate as a fully remote team, with roots on the West Coast and teammates across the U.S. Our clients are venture-backed disruptors and ambitious brands, and we help them scale through expert media buying, performance-focused creative, and advanced analytics. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients’ needs and working hand-in-hand with their internal teams to solve the problems core to growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients and build strong relationships that establish trust and align with client goals.
  • Apply Playbook Media’s proven frameworks and best practices to manage and grow client partnerships.
  • Take ownership of client communication through regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and performance reviews on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
  • Drive client growth by making data-backed, performance-oriented recommendations rooted in strong marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including creative, media, and analytics — to maximize internal resources and increase marketing success for our clients.
  • Share and apply successful strategies, partner insights, and marketing learnings across client accounts to fuel broader success.

Requirements

  • Recently completed an advanced degree in business or marketing (MBA, Master’s in Marketing, or similar).
  • Strong foundation in marketing strategy, analytics, and performance marketing concepts.
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Skilled at presenting ideas and insights through clear, compelling slide decks and analyses.
  • Sharp judgment, problem-solving mindset, and a drive to deliver measurable results.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct exposure to consumer product marketing or digital advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) gained through internships, projects, or prior roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into strategy.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
